Nico Jans (Nicky) zingt vanaf 1962 eerst even in The Slow Rockers en daarna in Nicky and the New Sounds. Vervolgens vertrekt hij in 1963 naar Delfzijl om daar Nicky and the Running Beat op te zetten. Daarna zien we hem terug in de zeer populaire band Nicky and the Shouts.

Nico wordt piloot en verhuist naar het buitenland. Hij overlijdt in 2013. |
